    sleeping wont always clear your acne. if you have oily skin and you go to bed it can sometimes make it worse if you sweat when you sleep. thats why you have to wash your face right when you wake up. but you have to make sure to moisturize your face too otherwise your body will just create more oil.

    if you do not have a serious acne condition than sleeping will help because some pimples are caused by stress so why not try getting some extra sleep

    no it won’t help but sleeping on time and not staying up late will help in 2 ways.
    1) by not staying up late you put less stress on your body.
    2) with proper cleaning it give time to heal.
