Listen, acne isn’t funny and it isn’t that difficult to cure either. The reason why you still have acne is because there are too many people out their offering up bad acne advice.
I mean, how many times have you read that if you take zinc your acne will clear up? Or vitamin B5? Or eat apples for 3 days straight? Or spread some expensive cream on your face? Will these ever really clear your skin?
No chance.
So what really works? Well, I studied acne for many years to clear my own acne and I tried various cures often suggested. Some simply didn’t work, and some worked a little bit but not well enough to totally clear my skin.
But I did eventually find something that worked extremely well. Something I hadn’t tried before, and one I now recommend to every acne sufferer to at least try for a few days. It really is fantastic at clearing up acne, no matter how severe or stubborn your acne is.
So what advice do I give to acne sufferers who come to me for help? Bearing in mind that I myself suffered from it as well for 13 years…
I recommend to you this – change your diet. Find out what food causes acne and what food helps rid it. I can honestly say there is no better acne cure out there. Yes, some supplements may help clear your skin, but on their own they won’t finish the job.
Initially, I think it’s important you avoid foods called vegetable oils. In my experience and in the experience of those I’ve helped clear their acne, vegetable oil causes the worst acne.
