But does the information work?
In our opinion the information contained in acne free in three days does work. Chris Gibson doesn’t send readers on a wild goose chase of drugs and supplements. Instead he goes to great lengths to outline a natural detox diet which will read your body of the toxins that typically cause acne.
Final assessment
It’s difficult to believe that just from changing your diet that you’re acne will disappear in three days. However with that said we are of the opinion that changing one’s diet can drastically improve the appearance of acting. So our official stance is that we do recommend acne free in three days.
